Questionnaire Development and Design
Our experienced staff can take your questionnaire through all phases - from the development of the questions themselves to the look and feel of the questionnaire. We explore question content as well as response scales, and ensure the right questions are asked to achieve the desired results.

Focus Group Moderation
Focus groups are a form a qualitative research and used as a technique for exploring attitudes, opinions, perceptions, motivations, participation, and behaviors. They are group sessions in which participants (8 to 10) are interviewed at length about select subjects. Focus groups allow for more extensive probing, follow-up questions, group discussion, and observation of emotional reactions not possible in quantitative studies.

Our focus group methodology is to have a moderator conduct a 1½- to 2 hour discussion on the topic to be explored. The moderator's role is to keep the discussion within designed parameters without exerting influence on the discussion content. We also administer a short questionnaire at the end of the session in order to validate the qualitative research with additional quantitative data.

Our focus group discussions are lead by a trained moderator and are audio taped. The moderator takes notes and observations at the time of the focus group. Later, themes within those notes are reexamined, amended, and/or confirmed using the transcribed audio tapes. Reports are presented as summaries, along with the data presentation from the questionnaire.





Survey Administration
Our state-of-art facility is equipped to handle questionnaire administration for projects of any size. We’ll gladly ship your questionnaires to individuals, departments or different companies. Our survey packages always include all instructions, questionnaire supplies and postage-paid business reply envelopes for return.

Our administration services for our online questionnaires includes e-mailing your employees or customers with an introductory letter and hyperlink that takes them directly to the questionnaire for immediate response.

Data Tabulation
Of course, we usually like to start from scratch with most survey projects, but if you already have a questionnaire or form you’re using now - or even have completed surveys that you just can’t seem to pore through, send them to us and we can tabulate the results for you. In fact, many firms can outsource to us more economically than conducting the data tabulation in-house themselves.
