Web Based Surveys
As part of our commitment to personalized service, an in-house online survey programmer will design a questionnaire that specifically meets your needs. We also monitor the survey throughout the timeframe it is being conducted and can field any questions respondents or clients may have.

The process is extremely simple: respondents are sent an invitation via e-mail and asked to complete a short questionnaire. That e-mail also includes a hyperlink to a specific web address where respondents will go directly to the survey. Options for this type of questionnaire are virtually limitless and results are available almost instantaneously. This process can also be done via a postcard, pager or fax, where a web site is given in order for participants to respond.

We keep with the most up-to-date cross-platform technology, knowing that there are many different types of computers, browsers, operating systems etc. all viewing the same online questionnaire. These things are in the forefront when designing the questionnaire, so that any technical issues can be avoided.




Phone Interviews
Phone interviews can be used in the event that more detailed information is needed. Experienced, qualified staff members perform the interviews in-house, and information can be relayed almost immediately.
